Vigil Art House creates original paintings and complete art programs for homes defined by history, atmosphere, and storytelling.
Art can become the emotional center of a home. It can connect rooms, preserve a personal history, reveal something about the people who live there, or hold meaning that exists nowhere else. Our role is to uncover that possibility and carry it through every creative and practical decision. Vigil can begin with one important wall, a newly completed room, or the architectural plans for an entire residence. A work with depth and presence can give a restrained interior its center of gravity.
RESIDENTIAL ENGAGEMENTS

A singular original painting or spatial work conceived for a specific room, story, light condition, and architectural scale. The engagement includes creative direction, concept development, creation, framing strategy, delivery planning, and installation coordination.
Individual painting commissions begin at $2,500. Larger works and complex compositions are quoted individually.

A considered group of commissioned works developed to create rhythm, contrast, shadow, and continuity across one or more rooms. Paintings lead the program. Select sculpture, relief, or lighting may be introduced when the architecture needs another dimension.
Private Art Programs begin at $7,500, with the number and size of works tailored to your budget.

A comprehensive art program coordinated with the home's architecture, interior design, construction schedule, natural and architectural light, framing, fabrication, and installation requirements.
Complete Residence Commissions begin at $20,000, with final pricing based on the rooms, works, and services included.
Investment is in USD. Starting prices cover the agreed artwork and concept development. Custom framing, delivery, installation, and any applicable tax are quoted separately unless expressly included in your proposal. We agree on the complete scope and price before work begins.

ONE ACCOUNTABLE STUDIO
THE VIGIL RECORD
Every Defining Work and Complete Residence Commission concludes with a private project record. Depending on the engagement, it may include the final concept narrative, approved studies, artist and material details, installation photography, care information, and selected documentation from the making of the work. Film documentation can be included when the process and story call for it.
