YOUR INFORMATION
Privacy notice.
Last updated September 3, 2026
Vigil Art House respects the privacy of the people who contact us. This notice explains how information is handled through this website and our project inquiries.
Information you choose to share
When you make an inquiry, you may provide your name, email address, project location, role, project type, stage, timeline, investment range, and a description of your space. Optional information may include a phone number, project-team details, how you found us, and a reference file. Please provide only information relevant to your inquiry.
How we use it
We use this information to assess project fit, respond to you, arrange conversations, develop proposals, and manage a project if you engage us. An inquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing mailing list. Ty and Hope Cole review project inquiries personally.
Forms, email, and service providers
The public website is prepared to use Netlify for hosting and form processing. When direct form submission is enabled, Netlify processes and stores the information submitted and may forward a notification to our email provider. Our hosting and email providers may process technical information, including IP addresses, browser information, and request logs, to operate and protect their services.
When the website instead offers to prepare an email draft, the details remain in your browser until you choose to send the email through your email provider. Preparing or copying a draft does not submit an inquiry. We use a temporary receipt timestamp in your browser after a successful direct submission; it contains no inquiry details.
Reference files
Reference uploads are intended for non-confidential material. Files submitted through the form can be accessed by anyone who has their upload link. Please do not upload confidential floor plans, identity documents, payment information, or other sensitive files. Ask us to arrange an appropriate private transfer for those materials.
Sharing and retention
We use service providers as needed to host the website, process inquiries, and manage email and project correspondence. If a project proceeds, relevant project information may be shared with the artists, makers, or service partners involved in delivering it. We do not sell inquiry information or use it for targeted advertising. We retain information for the period needed to handle the inquiry or project and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations.
Cookies and analytics
This version of the website does not include advertising pixels, third-party analytics scripts, or a marketing-cookie banner. Hosting providers may use essential technical features for access, security, and service operation. If we add analytics or other tracking, this notice and any necessary choices will be updated.
Your choices
Contact us to ask about information you have provided, request a correction or deletion, or stop further follow-up about an inquiry. We may need to verify your request and retain information where required for an active project or applicable obligations. The options available to you may also depend on applicable law.
