No. Depending on the project, Vigil may develop original work by Ty, commission another artist or maker, curate a relevant existing work, or combine these approaches. The story and space determine the right hand for the work.

No. Vigil’s artistic language is informed by atmosphere, material, and story. A pale room may need shadow and gravity. A dark interior may need warmth or a lighter point of contrast. The architecture, your vision, and the story determine the final expression.

Yes. Vigil Art House is based in Denver and considers residential, hospitality, and commercial projects throughout the United States.

Individual painting commissions begin at $2,500. Private Art Programs begin at $7,500, and Complete Residence Commissions begin at $20,000. Hospitality signature commissions begin at $5,000, with property art programs from $20,000 for an agreed set of spaces and works. Final pricing depends on size, complexity, number of works, and services. Custom framing, fabrication, delivery, installation, and any applicable tax are quoted separately unless expressly included. We agree on the complete scope and price before work begins.

Timing depends on scope, medium, artist availability, fabrication, and the site schedule. A Defining Work may require several months. Larger programs are coordinated with the broader design and construction timeline. Vigil establishes clear milestones before production begins.

Vigil Art House is project-led and does not operate as a conventional online shop. Selected available works may be shared privately when relevant to a client or project.
